Donating to Qualifying Charitable Organization (QCO)

SUPPORT THE RE:CENTER THROUGH THE ARIZONA TAX CREDIT!

 

The RE:center is a Qualifying Charitable Organization (QCO) in Arizona. When you make a qualifying cash donation to the RE:center, you may be eligible to receive a dollar-for-dollar Arizona state income tax credit, up to the annual limits below.

The QCO tax credit supports organizations that provide basic needs and services to low-income Arizona residents and other qualifying individuals.

2026 ARIZONA TAX CREDIT LIMITS

 

For the 2026 tax year, the maximum QCO credit is:

  • $506 for single filers, heads of household, and married taxpayers filing separately

  • $1,009 for married couples filing jointly

 

The credit is claimed using Arizona Form 321.

 
DONATION TIMELINE

 

Arizona provides an extended donation window for the QCO tax credit.

Donations made during 2026 may be claimed on your 2026 Arizona income tax return. In addition, qualifying donations made from January 1 through April 15, 2027 may generally be applied to either the 2026 or 2027 tax year.

If you make a donation between January 1 and April 15, be sure to tell your tax preparer which tax year you intend to claim it for.

HOW TO GIVE TO THE RE:CENTER

 

You can donate online or mail/drop off a check to:

If mailing a check, please include your email address so we can quickly send you a donation receipt.

Keep your receipt for your tax records. When filing your Arizona income tax return, you or your tax preparer will use Form 321 and the RE:center's QCO Code 22643 to claim the credit.

Tax credits are subject to individual eligibility and Arizona tax liability. Please consult your tax professional for advice regarding your specific tax situation.
