Thank you for your willingness to support Jurassic Night: RE:center’s Annual Gala! Your time and presence make this event not only possible—but extraordinary. Please take a moment to review the details below to help ensure a smooth and successful experience for all.
First Step
Complete the gala volunteer sign-up form above. Our volunteer coordinator will touch base with you after receiving your form.
Volunteer Orientation & Training
All volunteers must attend one brief training to review your role, event flow, and expectations.
Upcoming Training Dates:
Monday, September 23 – 4:00–5:00 PM (in person)
Wednesday, September 26 – 6:00–7:00 PM (virtual via Zoom)
Saturday, September 28 – 10:00–11:00 AM (virtual via Zoom)
All volunteers who are working during the event (5:00 pm - 8:30 pm) are required to arrive at 4:00 pm to review their roles and familiarize themselves with their stations. If you would like additional training, options may be scheduled based on staff availability.
Important Notes
Some positions may be combined or reassigned depending on the number of volunteers and event needs. We’ll do our best to honor your preferences and strengths!
Due to the formal nature of the gala, all volunteers are expected to maintain a friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor. A warm smile and helpful presence go a long way in creating a memorable evening for our guests.
Dress code: Please wear clean, event-appropriate formal clothing unless a role-specific uniform or shirt is provided.
Please arrive on time and check in with the Volunteer Coordinator (Tia Evans) when you arrive.
