HUNGER RELIEF 

​No one ever leaves the RE:center hungry. Ever.

 

Volunteers are always needed to help prepare, serve, and distribute food, making this work possible. If you would like to volunteer, complete a brief application.

Breakfast Café

A self serve breakfast is available each morning at 9 am, along with coffee and tea. This space offers a simple, welcoming start to the day where individuals can enjoy a meal, connect with others, and ease into the morning in a supportive environment.

Lunch Service

Lunch is served Monday through Thursday from 11 am to 1 pm. Meals may include pizza and other donated foods, with a home cooked meal served on Thursdays. This service helps meet daily needs in a consistent and welcoming environment.

United Food Bank

Our United Food Bank provides groceries to help individuals and families meet ongoing food needs. Food items may include canned goods, dry goods, frozen meat, and frozen fruits or vegetables, with options varying based on availability.

Regular food bank hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 10 am to 4 pm. Senior food boxes are available on the first two Mondays of each month from 11 am to 1 pm. Those interested in receiving senior boxes can call 928-457-1707 to be placed on the waiting list.

Emergency Meals

Emergency meals are available during all operating hours to help meet immediate food needs. Options may vary but ensure that something is always available. Individuals experiencing homelessness may request food items that do not require kitchen access, appliances, or utensils.

The RE:center is a community resource center started by the local church body, theCHURCH of Arizona. Our team provides survival assistance for those looking to stabilize a shaky foundation. To become resilient community members, our team encourages clients to move into our Thrive Services through mentorship programs, healthy relationships, and continuing education.
