- COMMUNITY BARRIERS: We tackle community barriers by gathering relevant data, engaging our community, presenting, and petitioning for solutions in our community.
- COMMUNITY RESOURCE NAVIGATION: Our knowledgeable team assists community members in finding the confidence to discover the resources they need to meet their goals.
- COMMUNITY MENTORSHIP: Through programs, we pair participants with trained mentors to inspire change and offer emotional, social, and spiritual support.
- COMMUNITY CONNECTION POINT: The RE:center is a hub for our community partners to provide wrap-around services in a central location.
